Introduction: I put the true meaning of "Personal" back into the title Personal Trainer. I do not use a cookie cutter approach to training. I will determine the client's strengths, weaknesses, and limitations via a thorough Health History Questionnaire and a Fitness Assessment prior to creating their workout routine. Then I will make the proper adjustments and/or changes necessary to facilitate the maximum improvements in resistance, cardiorespiratory, flexibility, and/or neuromuscular training.
My clients become well educated in the many facets of proper exercise preparation, performance, and recovery, such as: nutrition, hydration, warm-up, form, speed, breathing, frequency, duration, cool down, sleep, and most importantly safety and injury prevention.
