- What types of customers have you worked with?
I set up the company file in QuickBooks, provided it is not already installed and being used. Usually, I come in weekly, monthly or quarterly and enter all transactions (income and expenses) and reconcile all credit card and bank statements. I will process ;accounts payable (pay your bills), if requested. I will file and organize your office space if requested. I track (and pay/report) your sales and use tax if applicable, and payroll too if required. I create custom reports - designed for your business, and close the books at the end of your fiscal year.
