About this pro
very nice and knowledgeable but not very structured and gave way too much scattered information all at once. Difficult to digest.Jul 17, 2018Verified

We have an older Doberman and a new puppy Doberman, Krystal was excellent. We really like her style of training and we've already noticed improvements after only one session. We plan on continuing to use her services!Jan 5, 2018Verified
She is working with my rescue. Thank gosh I found her!!! Life saver.Aug 13, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After the customer contacts me via Thumbtack, I give them my cell number and email address. Texting is also encouraged. Then we set up for a meet & greet, for pet sitting, visits, overnights; and we set up an assessment for dogs needing obedience or behavioral modification. Once we have determined your needs we can decide on the cost; and then we book the upcoming dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years experience in the animal industry. I have learned about training, behavior, husbandry, whelping etc. I am always reading and adding to my knowledge and understanding of animals in general. Most of my training has been hands on from running a successful boarding kennel in Maine, working multiple grooming jobs and being head of small animals and birds at Petco. They have all been a part of my growth. I never had a dog fight or bite at the boarding and daycare facility. I am very thorough in my assessments.
