- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the complexity of the work and the time and resources used to get accurate and substantiated results that would support a possible audit defence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to put them at ease. Then starting with the prior year's information, go through all the items required to be addressed. I then ask them if there is any issue that I did not address or a need that they need to address. if I can help them that's great, if not I'll try to find someone capable to assist them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each year, I attend CPE seminars totaling over 40 hours of contact in the areas of Taxation, Technology, Accounting and Auditing, Professional Ethics, Insurance and estate planning and other related business areas.
