I have used duct monkeys for replacement for 2 furnaces in a multifamily. First one, they gave me a solid understanding of pricing for fixing a broken valve and buying a new one outright since the system was old. The second, they tried to fix the problem with many options before having to replace it the unit altogether. But with every question they were able to answer it honestly. Will definitely be utilizing Duct Monkey for all my HVAC needs!
