- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, my first step is to clearly understand your notary needs — what type of document you have, how many signatures are required. I travel to the client’s preferred location at the scheduled time, verify their identification, and ensure all documents are complete before notarization. I always maintain professionalism, privacy, and accuracy during every signing. After notarizing the document, I provide a receipt, answer any final questions, and make sure the client leaves confident that everything was done correctly and legally. My goal is to make the experience smooth, fast, and stress-free — especially since I specialize in emergency and after-hours notarization services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong legal background as a paralegal with hands-on experience in document preparation, legal compliance, and client communication. I am also a commissioned Notary Public approved by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, fully trained and authorized to perform notarial acts in accordance with state law.
