We will adjust invoices downward to approximate the estimates. We would like to be in the middle of the acceptable range for services provided.

Initially meet on Zoom to meet the client and acquire information about their specific situation.

Intellectual Property Law, UNH, Admitted to the PA, MA, and NJ State and Federal District Courts, 20+ years as in-house counsel in global corporations, 10 years of private practice with start-ups, managing large Intellectual Property Portfolios internationally, drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patents on software, computer communication, internet, mechanical electronic, and industrial systems.
