- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them come to my Home Office and we go over what information they have and what questions they have. If the Client feels comfortable, I begin the tax return and see if they have all the information to complete. I do most personal tax returns while the people are sitting in front of me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a teacher back in High School who wanted to teach me bookkeeping
