- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't really have a standard pricing because every job is different and every job is usually not a new frame standard price would be a new frame I give a standard price for certain for seen things before anything is not for scene I leave it up to the customer after I get the price and I always work halfway with them to make them happy and recommend me again I work to work another day this is my livelihood so I make sure we are all happy
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before giving a total prize looking at the house then giving the price is starting right away and finishing right away that is the typical way of dealing with any customer start to finish
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I I have been doing this work for over 18 years from frame to finish all high-end and low-end as well and can fix any problem from new to old and have seen it all and have also Took classes at Massasoit from supervised construction license
