- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the size and scope of the job — nothing cookie cutter. Every space is different, so we’ll usually want to see the project or get a good description before giving a number. No hidden fees, just honest work at a fair rate. We also offer better rates for bundled jobs (like painting + drywall repair).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll talk through what you’re looking for — whether it’s painting a couple rooms, repairing drywall, or doing trim and framing. Then we’ll either set up a time to take a look in person or gather enough info remotely to give you a quote. Once we agree on the details, we lock in a date and show up ready to get it done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is hands-on work, and we’ve got years of it. Everything from brush technique to surface prep and carpentry has been learned through real-world experience — no shortcuts. We stay up to date with the best products and tools to make sure we’re giving you quality that lasts.
