What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are fees for items such as mattresses and couches but we only charge you what the dump charges us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we like to come and take a look at what is being taken or see a photo of it, this gives us the best estimate of you’re price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a garbage man in the city of Boston when he was younger and loves the industry, I came home from the Marine Corps and worked for another junk removal service. We decided that we could offer people better rates and more comfort with who they allow in their homes knowing we have nothing but their best interest in mind.
