Chavez responded quickly to our tree removal and sod project and continued to remain in touch. The free quote led to a valuable discussion about our options to consider. It was a big project that was completed quickly. Several removed trees, filling in the property and leveling it out, installing sod, and a fall clean up at the end. The before and after results are incredible. The price is also what we expected, so really trusted going into the project.

Almicar installed a patio and fence and we are very happy with the results. Almicar showed up when he said he would, and finished the job in a timely manner . At the end of the job, one of his workers threw some debris and scraps in our back woods, and he came back to clean it up weeks later after I had addressed it with him . There were a few things that I had to make sure to stay on top of, but overall it was a good experience, and we would hire him again.

Chavez and team (Selbin) far exceeded expectations. I hired Chavez to do a couple of jobs, this review features the drainage project. We have had some heavy rains lately and I have had water pouring into the seams of the back of my detached garage which sits at the bottom of a hill. Chavez built a drainage system behind the back of my garage and cleaned up the area that had severe water erosion/damage from a previous owner’s flip job. He did amazing work and my garage is now bone dry! And the front yard looks amazing! Thank you , Chavez ! 11/10! I would highly recommend Chavez for his services, looking forward to having him back for Spring landscaping needs!
