- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and transparent. We provide detailed written estimates so you know exactly what you’re paying for—no hidden fees. We also offer seasonal discounts and package pricing for larger projects like combining patios and walkways.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a consultation to walk the property and understand the scope of the project. Then we provide a detailed estimate with a clear breakdown of costs. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep the customer updated from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and Home Improvement Contractor registration. I’ve also completed specialized training in hardscape installation, including drainage solutions, Lally column replacements, and paver systems designed for the New England climate.
