I like to go to the customers home to see the job they are needing before I give them a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer I like to meet them in person and discuss what the job will entail. I like to do a contract with my clients as well.

I have over 20 years of experience doing this type of work.
