Leo is incredibly smart and when I asked him to secure an iron railing, he suggested replacing it with PVC railing instead and went ahead and quoted me a reasonable price for materials and labor to do so. Much better idea! He did everything he promised and more! He sent the contract, made an appointment, showed up on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, took away the old railings, vacuumed the porch, and even wiped down the railings with a cloth. It looks AMAZING! Much better than the wobbly old railing. I will definitely be using Leo and his crew again. Excellent communicator, excellent price, and excellent job! Thank you, Leo! See the before (rusty, old railing) and the new (white, PVC railing). Best money I've spent in a long time. 😃"See more

We first hired him to do a refresh of our primary bathroom, which involved replacing and retiling the bathtub/shower and retiling the floor. Overall, they did a good job. There were a few instances of overlooked details, but the manner in which Everton resolves these issues is particularly stellar. He is by the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. With every project, there are going to be delays or issues that arise, and I really do value the frequent communication to keep me informed. Because we value communication, we hired him for two more projects: an entire kitchen remodel and to help frame our unfinished basement. The kitchen is now my favorite room in the home, they did an incredible job. Again, there were a few concerns with details (e.g., some unmatched ceiling patching and cabinet hardware not aligning), however, Everton is always quick to respond and fix these concerns. Our basement project is ongoing, but so far we have been pleased. If we were doing any additional work to our home, we would definitely be hiring Everton. They have proven to be an honest, reliable, and hard working team."See more
