Social Focus designed a website for us about a year and a half ago. We've never been very happy with it, especially since traffic went down sharply as soon as it went live. The overall design is artistically fine, except that it is dark and hard to read. The mobile version is cumbersome and doesn't work well - especially the links (you can't even see that there ARE any links!). The blog also doesn't work well, as there is no way to archive old blogs (which means that we ended up not using it, and that just looks bad). Another negative is that they attached Google Analytics, but they did it with a totally different gmail account (rather than my existing), so it's cumbersome to get information. I wasn't able to link it to my existing Adwords account. Of course, to make the site actually WORK (for SEO), it's a steep monthly fee...
