Introduction: Everlasting-Fitness offers many ways to get in shape while having fun. We offer boxing and boot camp classes as well as personal training.
Our boxing class will get you in shape fast!! You will strap on some boxing gloves and hit the heavy bag for a unique fitness experience! You will learn proper boxing technique, which includes stance, jabs, cross, upper cuts, and hooks, and we will also utilize heavy bags, focus mitts, speed bags, jump ropes and footwork drills to keep the class intense, fun and highly effective!
In our boot camp classes, you will see the benefits of training with cardiovascular and muscle building activities with periods of low to high intensity activities. Everlasting Fitness Boot Camp consists of a host of activities such as core conditioning, circuit training, fitness boxing, speed & agility drills, kettle bells, TRX, obstacle courses, jump rope, heavy ropes, sand bags and sports yoga and can help you shred 400 - 600 calories per hour!

- Private Boxing Lessons
Each session is 45 minutes in length. At your first session you will be evaluated to determine your strengths and weaknesses so that I can then design a customized program that meets your individual needs and goals.
Various activities may be incorporated into your program such as of weight training, cardio, plyometrics, body weight exercises, speed and agility training and more for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!
