- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To find out their likes and dislikes, basically What works for them and what they would like to see done for their Pet. It is always up to them, first and foremost. Always!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every 2 years we all have to renew and keep up to date with our licenses' through the board certification and we also do a lot of different workshops in between to keep the knowledge upfront. And to stay up to date with anything new. It's very beneficial to everyone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Understanding what I love and how this job is gratifying to me. It's totally in the eye of the animal as they are being pampered. It's beautiful to me and weighs heavy on my heart as a business owner!!
