- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are 100% no hassle no haggle flat rate. we have a $150.00 service charge that covers getting to your home and the 1st 1/2 hour or all diagnostics. Repairs are quoted by the technician on site so there are no surprises or guesswork. We require work authorizations before we do any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact is made. Customer information is gathered (email is required). Appointment is set. The morning of the appointment you will get a text/email confirming the appointment. When the technician is dispatched you will get another text/email. Its very simple. You can go to our website and even book calls from our online portal. We make it as easy as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a MA licensed Plumbing & HVAC company our Mater Plumber is highly skilled and recognized for his detail and professionalism. Our Lead HVAC Technician has over 20 Industry Certifications. We are a Mass Save Certified Heat Pump Installer and Measure Quick trained and Certified. All technician hold an National EPA Certification. Technicians are factory trained and certifies across all brands and types of equipment.
