FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent — no hidden fees or surprise charges. I provide free estimates before any work begins so you know exactly what to expect. Pricing is based on the scope of the job, materials needed, and labor time. I offer a discount for seniors and returning customers. For larger projects, I am happy to work out a package deal. Emergency and after-hours calls may carry an additional service fee. I always discuss pricing upfront and get your approval before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by listening carefully to understand their electrical needs. I then schedule a convenient time to visit the property, assess the situation in person, and provide a clear, written estimate. Once approved, I schedule the work, arrive on time with all necessary tools and materials, complete the job to code, and clean up before leaving. I follow up afterward to make sure everything is working perfectly and the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed and insured electrician with formal training in electrical systems and technology. I completed a comprehensive electrician apprenticeship program covering residential wiring, commercial installations, panel upgrades, code compliance, and safety standards. I hold all required state licenses and stay current with the National Electrical Code (NEC) through ongoing continuing education. I also regularly attend training on new technologies including EV charger installation and smart home systems.
