- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing. Every proposal includes labor, estimated material costs, and clear details about what’s included. We don’t surprise clients with hidden fees, and any changes are always approved before we move forward. For larger projects, we also offer phased payment schedules and change order tracking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand the customer’s vision, needs, and budget. Then, we provide a detailed proposal, including timeline and scope. Once approved, we coordinate permits, materials, and schedule. Throughout the job, we keep clients updated with progress and make sure the site is clean and safe every day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines formal trade school education, OSHA certifications, and years of hands-on experience in framing, finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and construction management. We continuously train to stay up-to-date with Massachusetts building codes and safety standards.
