I had floors redone in a 3 bedroom unit. West wind gave me a quote right away and fit me in the next week with what fit into our schedule. The project to them two days when original said 4 days- very professional and punctual! There was also soft spots in one room that they found and was able to repair them in the time span as well! I Will definitely refer them to anyone looking for new floors!

Cleib and his team did a phenomenal job and I'm already looking forward to engaging his company for future work. A routine floor repair turned out to be a much larger issue resulting in needing an additional drywall/painting contractor, and an additional adjustment of damages with my insurance adjuster. Due to the distance of my place of work and the urgency of the project, Cleib worked directly with my insurance adjustor to help get further damages assessed, which truly showed his commitment to ensuring that he does good and thorough work that is in the best interests of his clients. I was in a bit of panic and worry with all the changes, but Cleib consistently communicated with me, so I was never out of the loop. I'm incredibly lucky to have been able to find a flooring contractor that is thorough and does such top quality work. I highly recommend!!

OMG - These guys (Ucleib and team) are SO AMAZING and professional. I wished there were 10 stars to give to them - I mean it! I have contacted Home Depot, Lowes, Floor and Decor and few other places. Something in all of them them I did not like and they were expensive too. I took a bet and followed my instinct and West Wind turned out to be really excellent. They did my Family room, Study room, Living and Dining, almost fist floor and it is looking stunning. They came driving more than 1.5 hour to give me the estimate without knowing whether I will give them the job or not. They finished the work on time and even took care of another area that I did not ask them before. One thing I would say, there are people in Thumbtack they will give lower price and I got that too. But finally I went with West Wind because of their communication, professionalism, work quality, value and punctuality. LOOK NO FURTHER AND HIRE THESE PROS and I am sure at the end you will leave even larger positive feedback than mine!!
