Ucleib and his team are wonderful! They did a fantastic job on my floors and were extremely professional and explained everything well. I had them refinish existing hardwood and install new hardwood and they made it look so seamless.

I recently had the hardwood floors in my kitchen area refinished by West Wind Floors LLC, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Ucleib and his team did a great job refinishing our hardwoods. We had just purchased a new home that was built in the 90s and the floors were the "orange" looking color that just dated everything. We had Ucleib sand down everything in the entire second floor of the home (and stairway) to give it a more natural look. We uncovered that some floors were red oak and some where white oak. He recommended we used a product "red out" on the red oak floors to match them as best as we could. The end result was very nice. We now have nice light colored/natural oak looking hardwood that has a much more modern aesthetic. Ucleib was very responsive through text/phone during the job and explained everything he and the crew were doing. He put down a few samples along the way to ensure the colors were what we wanted as well as the sheen of the finish. We used Bona Natural Seal and a topcoat of Bona HD traffic. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend!
