They called 30 minuets before the cleaning was scheduled to tell me they were on the way. I have a 4 year old son, 2 cats and a dog and my place was a mess.. When I went down stairs after they were done I could not believe how clean it was. The cleaning company I had before charged more money, always calling to reschedule, my floors still covered with animal hair.....I think you get the picture. My wife and I couldn't be happier!!! Thanks again.

Sousa's Cleaning services has come every other week to clean my house. They provide great service at good price. They are always on time and very reponsable. They are very accommodaring when I change my date of service. I wouldn't use any other company for cleaning my place.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For every house is a different price, depending on the condition of the house and how long it hasn’t been cleaned. Initially for the first cleaning We usually charge $60/h one cleaner, $100/h 2 cleaners. If the client is interested in a recurring cleaning we will set a fixed price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a free estimate based on the condition of the house then try to set up a best day and time for cleaning. Then we go from there.
