Introduction: I like to meet my clients first before I give a quote and put you into my schedule. I don't charge more for clients with pets. I am extremely punctual. I use email and internet easily and text clients if there are any delays or if we need to change the schedule. My clients keep me on for years because I am loyal and highly responsible. I enjoy seeing houses and offices sparkle after I've cleaned them. I enjoy getting to know my clients. Some are present while I clean while others have trusted me with their keys when they are away from home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is according to the size and condition of the house.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting the customer first. The customer then goes over with me what they want. If we come to an agreement for schedule and price (I take payment through check, cash, PayPal, Cash app) we work out the details for keys. If clients prefer "green" products, we are careful to use only those.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes and offices for 15 years.
