As a new homeowner, finding reliable professionals can be stressful, but Carlos and his team were incredible. We had an urgent leak, and Carlos accommodated us immediately, arriving exactly on time just a couple of days after our request.
He gave us a very fair quote that included extra drywall patch and paint work. What set him apart was that he took the time to explain the root cause of our issues, exactly how he was fixing them, and how we can prevent them in the future. He even offered a follow-up check in a few weeks to ensure everything is 100% in place.

Carlos and his team did an excellent job tiling our 4 bathrooms, as well as kitchen and fireplace. We were under a time crunch, and they worked for 7 days straight to get the job done! I was very impressed with their speed and high quality craftsmanship, and found them to offer a fair price. I plan to hire him again for more work in the future.
