Introduction: My approach is to partner with my clients and hone in on the service they need to protect and enjoy their investment. Many management companies only work with their own contractors and will require their clients to do the same. If my client has a contractor that knows their property and is happy with their service, I'm happy to manage their work as part of a complete solution. My background is in hospitality and recruiting management. I've always wanted to take these skills and really affect my local community. I get to use my interviewing, teambuilding, and problem solving skills every day to help my clients, and myself. It's really a rewarding job that way.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I absolutely enjoy the Cape Ann area. We moved back when our kids were in pre-school to enjoy the lifestyle and the community. I had been looking for a way to take my management and hospitality experience and really apply it locally, and after doing some ad hoc work for friends for many years, decided to launch into property and estate management professionally.
