Introduction: I pay attention to guests' reactions to what I'm playing and try to pick the next song I play based upon what I think will get them even more excited! I also don't have a personal agenda and play the music the customer wants, as opposed to the music I like to play.
I love that moment when one song starts to fade out,as everyone waits to find out what comes next...then the song starts and room erupts with excitement as I play the the perfect song to keep the party going!
I also love to hear new voices and interpretations of karaoke songs. I think everyone can be a star!

My family is ALL about music. I was put in charge of finding a DJ for my sisters engagement party. I had looked online for Karaoke DJ's, and general DJ's. I contacted a couple of people and was either put off by their dismissive attitude on the phone or their price. I decided to go check out a couple of gigs from the ones that passed the initial phone interview and who's price was in my range. I had gone to 2 gigs and left within 20 minutes of arriving. I found most of them to be inappropriate, careless, and generally not attentive to their audience. I searched more and found Christina. I contacted her and immediately got a response. I spoke to her on the phone and was already sold by her personality. The price she quoted me was more than reasonable and significantly lower than any of the quotes I had received before. I decided I should go out and check out one of her shows. I arrived at 8:30. I witnessed her setting up her equipment and being bombarded with people requesting that she sing duets with her, and requesting songs for her to play. Keep in mind the show didn't start until 9:00. She handled each request politely and diplomatically. 9:00 rolled around and her show started. She was engaging, talented, supportive, accommodating, appropriate, and comedic. I didn't let her know who I was until the end of the night. I told her that I had contacted her earlier in the week about DJing my sisters party. We sealed the deal that night. She was at my sisters party early and ended up playing an extra hour for us for not a lot of extra money. Everyone at the party enjoyed her so much that many of the people that were there have used her for various other events; corporate events, parties, showers, etc. I have also become a regular at the venue I had originally seen her host. She is a wonderful DJ and someone that I would pay top dollar for to have her at any of my functions. I know none of you know me and I'm only one opinion, but if you're looking for affordable, fun, professional she's your DJ. PS: If you're a karaoke fan she has the LARGEST collection of karaoke music that I have ever seen ANYWHERE. If she doesn't have it and someone makes it she'll get it for you without blinking an eye. That to me is worth it's weight in gold!

Christina was an awesome DJ. She was personable and very out going. She had the crowd laughing and kept them entertained. She had a wide variety of music to choose from and did her best to be fair and fit in every person to sing as much as they wanted. I would only book Christina for parties because she was truely a wonderful DJ.

We had Christine for my cousins graduation party.. She has more songs than anyone i knwo.. we had a great time! I would highly recommend!

She is an amazing DJ and knows what songs to pick for you to sing if she knows how you sound.

I like to sing and have been to many karaoke venues in the area. Christine Eastman is, by far, the BEST karaoke DJ I have interacted with. She stays on top of current music trends and can be counted on to have every song requested. Plus she is a FUN person who really enjoys being a DJ. She gets an A+ recommendation from me!!
