- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set very competitive pricing based on the value of our service. As different parties call for different levels of attention to detail, we price according to the type of party we are performing at. Almost every party we DJ we have guests coming up at the end of the party stating they had a great time and request business cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak to the new client on the phone to discuss the details of their party. After the phone consultation usually an in person meeting is set up at a convenient location for the new client. Lastly, we discuss what their perfect musical preferences are along with the organization of any announcements along with must have music and must have not music.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We frequent professional trade shows and network with other local DJ Companies in our market.
