Talking with the customer about their property that they want the project completed at. Ask them if they have a brand in mind at this point I may suggest my favorite brands and why I use them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

While attending the academy classes were taken in Thermodynamics, Electricity, Electronics, and Steam Engineering. All of these classes are essential in HVAC. I have over 15 years of hands on experience with refrigeration systems, air conditioning system, and heating systems within the home sector and maritime industry. My land based experience is over 10 years with repairs, maintenance, and installations of heating and cooling systems.
