During a home renovation, we decided to hire First Choice to replace our heating and cooling system - we couldn't have made a better choice. From the initial conversation to the final walk through after install, these people were amazing. Joyce helped us set up our days, and sent us an estimate right away. When Daniel and Jackson came in to do the install, I knew they were professionals from the first minute. We will definitely continue to use First Choice for any and all of our HVAC needs.

1pm appointment confirmed with Joyce. Came home from work early and waited. And waited more. They never showed up, never responded to messages and their phone went right to voicemail. Would not recommend wasting your time with them
