Fraud beware! This guy is not a licensed electrician. He uses the license of an Evandro Sousa from Bay State Electric on permits. I hired him to convert an electrical service from above ground to an underground service. He promised the job would be done within 2 days. He asked for $3000 deposit out of the total $4500. This in itself should have been a red flag. However, I proceeded to give him $1500. The day before the work is supposed to begin he says Eversource will need to come out and could be a 1 month wait. This turned into 3 months. Even at the end of the job he lied to me that the inspector had stopped by to sign off and took the final check. The inspector tried to reach them with questions but he did not answer. He did not respond to my messages as well.
