We had a very large project completed with Modern House: a complete 2200 sq ft basement that had no electrical, plumbing, or HVAC. This basement came out exactly as envisioned with a theater, game room, gym, bedroom, and full bath. Could not be happier. Udson, Rodrigo and the team delivered on their promise. The team was professional, extremely hard working, and very willing to deal with my very specific requirements and preferences. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

We hired Modern House Construction to update our downstairs bathroom. We are VERY pleased with all the work. They met and exceeded our expectations! They completed the project in the time frame we agreed upon and within the estimate we discussed. Their communication was excellent throughout. Udson and his crew are hard workers that maintain a level of professionalism. They were punctual - always showing up when they said, worked all day and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Their attention to detail was top notch which showed while they offered helpful suggestions. We will definitely use Modern House Construction again for future projects. Thank you again!!

We couldn’t be happier with our new deck from Modern House Construction! The team was incredibly efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the work was done quickly and with great attention to detail, and they left everything perfectly clean when they were done. This was our second project with them, and once again they knocked it out of the park. We will absolutely continue working with them and can’t recommend them enough—anyone considering a project should definitely reach out!
