They did such a great job on the demolition of our wall and ceiling! We thought we had a load bearing wall and he was able to assure us that we did not and was honest that we could have done the work ourselves (we’re pretty handy) but we decided to go with them because they were honest and gave us a fair quote. The job was done in less than two days and they tidied up after themselves. Super friendly crew, and even with the language barrier they made sure I fully understood what was going on. Highly highly recommend hiring them! I will be hiring them again soon for another project :) (I don’t have a picture of immediately after they left but it was cleaner than these photos as the second one was mid day of the project!)

Modern House Construction was amazing to work with. They came in to fix/finish work another contractor had messed up. They installed new engineered hardwood floors, repaired dry wall, installed a new door frame/ closet, baseboards, and painted. All the work looked professionally done. After a nightmare situation with my first contractor, I couldn’t have been happier with what Udson and his team did. Udson listened to all my concerns and feedback. My condo is a small studio, so there wasn’t much space to move furniture, but they were able to seamlessly work around that obstacle. He was able to look at the project and give me a step by step of what his team would need to do. I would 100% hire them again!

Udson and his team at MHC did a great job rebuilding our 1000 sf composite deck in Wellesley. They matched the price of the lowest bidder, started the job promptly, and finished it in less time than we expected- and with no drama or issues. The team was experienced and hard-working, and they kept their work area neat and clean. We had a couple of extras which they took care of at a reasonable price. Our new deck looks great and we would happily work with Modern House again.
