- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always let our quality speak for itself. That is why, you will never be charged before work is delivered. We always like to first deliver our work, send it to you, get your full approval - then we invoice. This way there is more security on your end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to invest a lot of time planning. This can help you save time and money in the future. When you first start working with us, we would have multiple "discovery meetings". During these meetings we would plan out, wireframe, and create user stories for your entire app. This lets us ensure we are setting up everything correctly now, and in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my founder have established 4+ mobile app startups that we have had the pleasure of growing, raising capital for, and selling. The team we have built includes developers that have all been vetted and trusted by us.
