Their mobile app development skills are amazing, and I have been very impressed with all of their UX/UI work. Also their communication has been excellent and that is very important when designing a brand new mobile app. This is first mobile application build and we are more than pleased with Valere Labs.

Valere Labs helped me create an online marketplace where multiple vendors can put up products and sellers can purchase directly from the vendors. There are turnkey platforms available on the market. However, because we’re looking to scale the platform, Valere Labs built our site from scratch. Valere dissected Etsy’s UX and design since we wanted to have something similar. We gave them minimal documentation for the project and they blew it out of the park!

They provide stellar technical design. Valere Labs has highly competitive pricing as they deliver fantastic products. If we have to do anything complicated, we’re going to pay for it — but at a competitive rate. If there are any development issues, they’ll work overtime to fix them. Valere Labs was able to work around our changing requirements and accommodate our workflows to meet our soft launch date. They are very flexible, which is a unique skill for them to have. I’m very glad we have the opportunity to work with a company as adaptable and flexible as Valere Labs — we didn’t have all of the specs laid out exactly when we began the partnership. They were able to work and make progress within our changing project requirements.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always let our quality speak for itself. That is why, you will never be charged before work is delivered. We always like to first deliver our work, send it to you, get your full approval - then we invoice. This way there is more security on your end.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to invest a lot of time planning. This can help you save time and money in the future. When you first start working with us, we would have multiple "discovery meetings". During these meetings we would plan out, wireframe, and create user stories for your entire app. This lets us ensure we are setting up everything correctly now, and in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my founder have established 4+ mobile app startups that we have had the pleasure of growing, raising capital for, and selling. The team we have built includes developers that have all been vetted and trusted by us.
