- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally ask for either a monthly rate (broken down and paid weekly) or a percentage of rent collected(can be paid monthly this way). I also ask for funds to be available for maintenance issues---paid via invoice by contractor or paid by me and reimbursed after submission of receipt.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did rental and sales in Boston several years ago--and enjoy the process.
