What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching new hardware and software products and services. I read professional articles and books to increase my knowledge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in the Air Force where I first received technical training. I found I had a natural aptitude for technology and this was the right fit for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common issues customers face are issues with Malware, hard drive failures and wireless networking. Although this makes up the bulk of services performed, I am capable of solving virtually any issue.
