- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love working for a fair price that reflects my hard work but is affordable to you. This is always a conversation at the beginning of our working relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call to introduce, go over particulars of the job, and set up a time to visit the site. That gives us both an equal assessment of what will be needed. I bring all my tools, and that also gives me the opportunity to begin at that time.
