FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Fedoce Electric, I believe in transparent and fair pricing. Most smaller service jobs are priced either at a flat rate or hourly depending on the scope of work. Larger projects are quoted upfront after reviewing the details so there are no surprises. There are no hidden fees you’ll always know the cost before work begins. If a project changes or additional issues are discovered, I discuss everything with you first before moving forward. I also try to work within my customers’ budgets whenever possible and can offer package pricing for multiple projects completed at the same time. Quality and safety always come first, and my goal is to provide professional, code-compliant work at a competitive rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and straightforward. First, I discuss the project details with you to fully understand what you’re looking to have done. If needed, I’ll ask a few questions or request photos to better assess the scope of work. For smaller jobs, I can often provide pricing quickly. For larger projects, I’ll schedule a time to come out, evaluate everything in person, and provide a clear written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. I show up on time, keep the work area clean, and complete the job safely and up to code. After the work is finished, I walk you through everything to make sure you’re satisfied and answer any questions you may have. My goal is to make the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed four years of electrical training at a vocational high school, where I studied electrical theory, wiring methods, blueprint reading, and safety standards while participating in a hands-on co-op program. After high school, I continued my education through the Boston JATC apprenticeship program while working full-time for an electrical company. That program included five additional years of classroom instruction combined with on-the-job training in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. In total, I have 10 years of formal electrical education and hands-on training. My background ensures that all work is performed safely, professionally, and in full compliance with current electrical codes.
