- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only discounts I am currently offering are discounts on my engagement sessions when you book one of my wedding packages. You can contact me for my wedding package information. For my engagement and proposal sessions, I require full payment upon booking. For wedding packages, I have payment plan options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For shoots like proposals & engagement session, we typically email back and forth or hop on a quick call, depending on timing. You aren't officially booked until you have signed the contract and paid the retainer to book your date. Once booked, I will send over a quick Engagement Couples Guide, this is complete with outfit suggestions and a location list suggestion. For weddings I like to hope on a call to discuss what exactly you are looking for, go over my packages and what all I offer. After that if you are excited about moving forward I will send the contract and invoice information for the retainer. Again, the date isn't booked until you have signed the contract and paid the retainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for photography and design and have a bachelors degree in Photography. I shot my first wedding 10 years ago and am constantly immersing myself in education to better serve my clients.
