  I worked with Daniel to cater my wedding, which had over 100 guests in attendance. Daniel and his team were incredibly professional, timely and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of our venue. The team arrived promptly, many hours before the start of the wedding. They set up their kitchen and prep station and began preparing the food. After an hour, Daniel and his team had to adjust course and cook in a different location. He and his team jumped on board, packed up their prepped food, relocated their stove, refrigerator and warming oven, and headed to the new location to continue making the dinner—pizza and tacos, among other things!—for a wedding reception that was fast approaching. I recommend them for their professionalism, timeliness, and delicious food! They made the wedding a hit.

  I Could say all in one word... AMAZING..... The experience we had with Chef Daniel as outstanding, we were afraid of hiring someone for this party so we asked him to do a Sampler Dining for us before the party, he came to my house and cook for us the same dishes he offered for the day. Every single dish was Delicious... and from the sampler we had tons of left over. On the day of the party he was here on time, his crew is also Amazing, very friendly, Clean, Nice, helpful etc... Chef Daniel took over my kitchen and cooked for 60 people without interrupting me or my wife asking things from the kitchen, he was able to figure out ever single detail in my kitchen and he left everything in the same way he found. Clean and Organized. All my guests were impressed with the quality and taste of the food and service. I really recommend and will definitely hire him again for any future event.   Daniel did an amazing job! I started getting compliments on the food after the first passed hors d'oeuvres. Everyone was asking how I found him. The guests loved it and so did I! He was very easy to work with and made everything simple by suggesting a fantastic menu. He was friendly to party goers who wanted to know what was gluten free, and added a very nice element to our event. Thank you so much!!!

  I was extremely lucky to randomly find Daniel on Thumbtack. I was planning a big birthday party August 5 and wanted to enjoy my party instead of being exhausted. Daniel took care of everything from tables, chairs, tablecloths, bartender, the waitresses and of course the food. He is a very very calm person and everything went marticulous and a great time was had by all. Excellent food and desserts served In time and very professional in the service and cleaning.
