Chuck and his crew came out to my house last fall to install an irrigation system for me. We had low water pressure in the house and they came up with a viable solution to that and my lawn looks better then ever.

Worked with the owner Chuck through out the whole project in my back yard very Good attention to detail and had many great ideas for me to improve on my original plan it was pleasure working with such a professional and also got my backyard done underbudget

They bumped me the first day because it was too hot which I totally understand. I asked if I could be on the early list the next day and he said yes. I tried to confirm a time and he didn’t reply to the next day when I checked in and said he would do his best to get here but due to possible storms he wasn’t sure he would make it. He had no intention of getting here early, he said he had 18 properties and I was the furthest one. I mean honestly why is it so difficult to just be honest with people. He knew it was important to be here before 12 but he didn’t care, if I was the furthest away and you said you would be here early why not start with me and work towards the closest. Anyway good luck with this company. I’m sure they do good work but like most landscaping companies very disorganized and no customer service skills at all.
