Dino is an excellent handyman. He was good at trouble shooting when I did not have the right lock. (He installed a shade, fixed a lock and installed a dead bolt.) I really appreciated that his rates were reasonable with high inflation everywhere! He is trustworthy and I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discount jobs if I am out for multiple task. If i am out to install a doorbell camera and you need a garbage disposal as well i discount the job because i don't have to redeploy to your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone or meet to see what you need to have completed, from that I can give you an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My career is in Network Cabling and I am a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). I have worked decades installing cables into businesses and homes, including hanging Displays (TV's) and designing solutions to get the signal to where you need it. Wired or wireless. That said I have experience doing multiple jobs to fill in gaps in labor. Mostly electric and appliance installation with some plumbing.
