- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are several factors I consider for pricing a job. Cost of materials, time involved, distance to travel and level of difficulty are all taken into consideration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constant research and testing of recipes are necessary for producing a current product. I take classes and attend seminars as often as I can and coordinate efforts with other local bakers to learn from them and share knowledge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Baking is a passion and hobby. Family and friends encouraged me to take orders for their friends and families.
