Premier did an outstanding job installing our Kohler generator two years ago. It has been reliable and a tremendous benefit to our family. Adam just came out to perform the annual service, which was done professionally and efficiently. He took the time to answer all my questions and left me knowing that Im in good hands with Premier.

Last year, I purchased a home that had recently had a generator installed by Premier. This week, I got the experience what that really meant, as my home lost its Eversource service for almost 3 days...and life was somehow completely normal, courtesy of my generator. Premier reached out to make sure I understood what steps I needed to take while the generator was running full-time (which I would not have otherwise been aware of). A week that could have been an unmitigated disaster was instead actually just fine, thanks to my generator, so I'm incredibly thankful to have the device, as well as for the support provided by Premier!

I was amazed at the attention to detail from Premiere during the install. This was a 24 hours plus outage and immediately there was an email from them with great information They are wonderful
