They were paid in full but didn’t finish the job and now they don’t respond to our messages/text/emails. We now have to hire someone to finish what they were paid to do. It isn’t much but regardless, they were paid in full to do a complete job and the job is NOT complete. I am almost sorry I hired them. The job went way past the time that she promised that it would be done. If you need something done timely without a bunch of excuses I would not hire them.

We were paid for the job we were hired to do! Not for the additional work customer thinks we are obligated to come back and finish. While we have not even been paid for ! We power washed their house and sent no bill for that! $500 tab we picked up because of the delay and inconvenience. We had an agreement to look for different caps, solar type caps for the deck we built and as an additional payment witch was also never charge to this customer. Priced only regular caps witch was put in place and the work was finished. The Only comming back issue we had was to put back a ordered deck railing snap on connector witch cost $10 dollars and we would be more than happy to return the $10 dollars if that’s the case in order to make amends ! If that would make customer happy ! We delayed our job one week and we get a bad review when customer agreed with delay and was happy with outcome of the work!
