- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing because every project is different. Some videos require more or less work than others and same goes with photography. If you would like to inquire about a price for your project, feel free to send me an email or submit a form at neilanvideos.com!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first meet the client, go over the type of project with them, and make sure it is something I can do. We then go over the video/photo project in detail and discuss the specifics like budget, timeline, and what will be required for the project overall. Next would be the actual shooting whether it be photo or video, or creation of assets if that is necessary. 50% of the invoice is required before or on the day of shooting. Typically within 2 weeks the client is given a rough cut of the project and can then give feedback and let me know of any changes they may need. Then, usually within another week, changes are made and the final product is delivered in high quality. Upon receipt of the final product, the other 50% of the invoice is due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done a lot of work with a production company called MediaBoss from Framingham for about 3 years now. I have also done freelance work on my won for several companies and Independent producers around Mass.
