Craig is working/catering on the Boston North Shore for quite a while now and I attended several events he was catering for. I also hired him myself for a couple of occasions. I can only say, if you need good food, some out of the "normal" menu", Craig is definitely the right choice!! From the beginning he will go through your ideas/wishes and makes suggestions how to realize them. It can be a very simple classic bbq or more fancy like seafood or mediterranean dishes. He'll come up with a great selection to affordable prices. His food was always fresh, tasted great and it was the right amount. He was always in time, did his job in time in a professional manner but always with a good sense of humor :) I can highly recommend him!!

I had Craig cater a party at my house last fall, he did an outstanding job, the food was delicious, beautifully presented, had plenty of everything, several different condiments, listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered on time with out any hassles. He worked quickly and independently making everything seem effortless was very professional and attended to little things without being asked making the set up look awesome. Everyone loved the food, the party was a huge success I wouldn't hesitate to hire Craig for another party. Maria B

Craig hosted an event which included food, flying, camping and a movie. One of the funnest events I've ever been to.... From BBQ to grilled pizza...airplane rides to camping ... all was awesome. Can't beat finger foods under the stars watching a movie after a flight along the shores of New Hampshire.

"Not satisfied by the status Quo?" Then getting Craig involved with your special event is the way to go. On time and budget, but more importantly always a very memorable event will be had by all. We have had nothing but amazing meals by talented Chefs Craig & Julie! Their range of culinary expression is amazing. Anything goes from BBQ to 10 course Titanic First Class Cabin Dinner. They are not just great chefs, they create an EXPERIENCE to remember, ambiance and all! Highly recommended!
