Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. PixelBit most commonly works on projects in web, desktop and mobile spaces. Lately we have seen an uprise in mobile requests as more potential customers have smartphones. In this day and age having a great mobile version of your website or brand is nice but a custom app for each device is even better. Let us help you create those much needed apps. Contact us to get started.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. The last 3 projects we've shipped include:
- Internal advertising tool for Comcast Spotlight
- Interactive website/experience for Disney
- Immersive mobile app for Porsche that allows owners of the Cayman to push their car to the limit.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be confident in hiring PixelBit for all your interactive, mobile and web projects. We have a collective 20+ years of experience working with clients such as yourself and are always looking for new clients. Feel free to drop us a note or give us a call, we are excited to get started.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Working with amazing and sometimes challenging clients. The chance to build a new brand or rebuild an existing brand is the reason we "go to work" each day.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Entering the service profession was the result of being around computers all my life while in High School and Junior High. In my Junior year I started working on small websites and graphics projects. Fast forward 8 years and here we are at PixelBit where we provide design and development solutions for everyone ranging from startups to Fortune 100 global brands.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. While we do have the opportunity to work with many amazing clients, the one i'm most proud of is Disney Interactive. This was not only an awesome project but was a culmination of my childhood dreams. We have since worked with Disney on a handful of projects.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. Rather than provide a one-size-fits-none pricing process, we prefer to work with the prospective client and formulate an accurate cost overview.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. When starting out don't be afraid to read everything but be sure to form your own best practices as well. You'll quickly learn the web is full of information and "hurdles" but anyone that is driven to success will indeed make it in this profession. I will say that if you plan to make templates or widgets then you probably want to have another full time job and leave the web stuff a hobby.
