I consulted Ms. Rishikof at her home office for my cholesterol and digestive tract issues. She paid close attention, asked probing questions, and came up with a plan to help me. When I interrupted her with questions on unrelated topics, she handled these in stride and gently re-directed the discussion to my issues. I saw her for follow-up after three weeks and six weeks. I had already seen improvement by the first follow-up. She is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help, and she has a lovely manner. I recommend her very highly and without any qualification or reservation.

Very knowledgeable. Talks from experience. Can relate well to parents concerns over childrens nutrition and eating habits. Gives great advice that can easily be applied.

My celiac diagnosis a little over a year ago turned out to be a total lifestyle change that has proven much harder to negotiate than I had expected. Dianne's advice on things like the benefits of a "whole foods" diet and low-FODMAP foods has been invaluable. As I have come to realize, eating right is a life-long experiment, with lots of ups and downs. Having a trusted source of information is important, and Dianne has filled that role very well for me.
